Sarah McGuire ’18: Total Body Workout

Sarah McGuire, who is currently residing in Philly, is finishing up her training as a BODYPUMP instructor, but loves to weight lift and strength train on the side. Specifically, she enjoys leading strength training/ HIIT-type classes in her spare time as well. This class will be an hour-long total body workout, with three different components: strength focuses, HIIT (cardio endurance), and a combination of the two. Joining Sarah on Sunday morning at 9 AM for this awesome workout.
