Celebrate Princeton University’s transition to heating and cooling campus through the newly installed geo-exchange system. This event will exhibit this singular moment in Princeton’s campus energy infrastructure transition from combustion-based energy to renewable-based energy. The geo-exchange system, which is part of the most ambitious building program in the University’s history, has become a beacon of innovation and sustainability, demonstrating current best practices in campus-scale energy. The project aligns with Princeton’s core mission of education and research “… in the nation’s service and the service of humanity” and its goal to achieve a net-zero carbon footprint by 2046. This exhibition will be an opportunity to learn more about this exceptional transition, the technology involved, and associated research being conducted at Princeton University.
