Q: How do I register for Reunions 2022?
A: All attendees are required to pre-register to attend Reunions, May 19-22, 2022.
Registration for major reunion classes, the APGA and satellite classes — those not celebrating a major reunion — can be found on this page of the Reunions website.
Registration information for the Old Guard can be found on the Old Guard registration page.
Q: Are there different registration pricing levels/rates for children who are 18 and under?
A: Please refer to the registration page for information for your specific class or the APGA.
Q: How can I create or recover my TigerNet account access so that I can register?
A: Please refer to the guidance on the Reunions website on how to create or recover your Tigernet account access or get help. If you need assistance with your TigerNet account, you may reach out to the TigerNet Community Help Desk at 609-258-1542.
Q: How do I cancel, edit or add a guest to my existing registration?
A: For major reunion alumni attendees, please refer to your confirmation email, or write to email@example.com and we can resend your confirmation email, which includes a link to modify your registration. From there, you may add additional guests or alter your registration as needed.
For satellite alumni attendees, please refer to your confirmation email, or write to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can resend your confirmation email, which includes a link to modify your registration. From there, you may add or swap your one guest or alter your registration as needed.
Q: Can I register after the start of Reunions?
A: Yes. Please note that pre-registration is required before attendees arrive on campus to check in.
Q: What is the Reunions policy regarding the COVID vaccination status of attendees?
A: As of May 16, the University has updated the Visitor Policy for Reunions, which can be found on the registration page of the Reunions website. With the update, all Reunions attendees now have two choices when registering for Reunions:
_I attest that by Reunions I will be up-to-date* on COVID vaccines as defined by the University’s Visitor Policy.
_I do not wish to attest that I will be up-to-date on COVID vaccines by the time of Reunions. I agree to wear a face covering at all times while indoors and follow all requirements in the University’s Visitor Policy at the time of my visit. I understand that I am not eligible to stay overnight in University housing.
Q: I already paid for my registration, but am no longer able to attend Reunions. What is your refund policy?
A: For major reunion classes, please check your class/APGA refund policy or inquire with your class Reunion committee.
For all other refund inquiries, email email@example.com.
Q: I want to stay on campus for housing during Reunions. Who do I contact for a campus room?
A: For major reunion classes, please reach out to your reunion housing chairs. You can find their information on your class website (search for your class website here). Campus housing is limited this year for satellite alumni.
Q: Where do I check in once I arrive on campus?
A: When you arrive on campus, go to your check-in location to pick up your wristband.
Q: Where can I park my car on campus during Reunions?
A: Parking is extremely limited this year due to construction. Attendees are strongly encouraged to use hotel shuttles, transit, or carpool when traveling to campus. For more information on shuttle service, accessible parking and the Reunions Headquarters and Parking map, please visit this page of the Reunions website.
Q: In the event of severe weather, what do I do?
A: We encourage you to download the Reunions app and TigerSafe app for smartphones. Be sure to enable notifications.
Q: Where can I find the Reunions schedule of events?
A: The Reunions schedule of open events can be found on the Reunions website. The schedule will also be available to attendees in a printed program during check-in and on the Reunions Events app for smartphones.
Q: Do I need a wristband to attend the P-rade?
A: Wristbands are not necessary during events such as the P-rade and Fireworks. Please note that wristbands are only required to enter Reunion headquarter sites after 5 p.m. with the exception of class-only meals.
Q: Are masks required indoors?
A: If you are registered and wristbanded and have attested to being up-to-date on vaccination and boosters, you are not required to wear a mask at indoor events (but may wear one if it is your personal preference). If you are wristbanded, but you selected the option “I do not wish to attest that I will be up-to-date on COVID vaccines by the time of Reunions, you have agreed that you will wear a face covering at all times while indoors.”
Q: Do I need to test for COVID-19 before arriving on campus?
A: All attendees are encouraged to take a COVID-19 test and receive a negative result prior to arriving to campus (PCR within 72 hours or rapid antigen within 8 hours).
Lightning strikes near campus. Seek shelter inside the closest building immediately. Avoid standing under tents or trees.
