Housing Tent Hours

• Thursday, May 23 – 12 p.m. – midnight
• Friday, May 24 – 9 a.m. – midnight
• Saturday, May 25 – 9 a.m. – midnight (closed during the P-rade)

Reunions Rover golf cart transport service will run shuttles along Elm Drive, stopping at the Housing Tent. Shuttle routes and hours can be found on the Reunions website: https://reunions.princeton.edu/maps/

If you’re in your headquarters site and need assistance getting from there to the Housing Tent, please check with one of your crew managers to see if a student crew member is available to provide a ride.

Housing Customer Service (lockouts, lost keycards, and room issues)

• For housing issues, contact the Housing Crew at 609-647-2933 or stop by the Housing Tent.
• Housing Crew members can assist with lockouts; after midnight, contact Public Safety.
• Replacement keycards for lost cards for on-campus rooms can be obtained at the Housing Tent.

Late Arrivals

If you know you will be arriving after the housing tent closes and would like to arrange for another guest to check in and pick up your keycard ahead of time, please call the Housing Crew. They will add that person’s name to your room assignment, so they can check in on your behalf.

Linens

The University now provides linens to only the Old Guard and alumni celebrating their 50th-65th reunions.

The U-Store has a limited supply of bedding and towels for sale, if you have forgotten to pack your own or need to supplement what you have brought from home.

Departure

Rooms must be vacated by noon on Sunday, May 26.

Return your keycards to the headquarters site closest to your dormitory.
