Music, Memory and Magic with the CST

Join the Center on Science and Technology for a discussion with Elizabeth Margulis, professor of music and acting chair of the Music Department, on her new book entitled “Transported: The Everyday Magic of Musical Daydreams.” Professor Margulis‘ talk will explore the science of how music sends us somewhere else, into a personal memory or vividly imagined scene. Refreshments and book signing to follow.
