Princeton Arts Alumni: Making (It) Work

May 22 @ 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm
McCosh Hall, Room 28

Join fellow alums from all artistic disciplines and decades for an interactive roundtable discussion, facilitated by Princeton Arts Alumni (PA2), an alum-led 501(c)3 creating a network and resources for a more resilient arts landscape. Share and participate in this session designed to surface practical, actionable information about keeping the arts in your life, or as the source of your living, with community and camaraderie included. Hear firsthand accounts, practical advice and inspiring stories from alums navigating professional art careers, balancing artistic pursuits with other professions and creatively integrating their craft with life’s demands.

Roundtable speakers and bios will be available at https://www.princetonartsalumni.org/makingitwork

Walk-ins welcome! Consider sharing some info here to help us guide discussion and to design an interactive and inclusive event.

Tell us how you’re Making (It) Work – Whether or not you plan to attend, submit your story to our “Making (It) Work” project, in which we gather and share with our community how alums are actively:

Making It – as professionals in the arts
Making Work – as you pursue other professional paths, choices and careers outside the arts
Making It Work – balancing craft with the many other aspects of living
