Attendees are strongly encouraged to use hotel shuttles, transit, or carpool when traveling to campus, and should expect traffic delays and/or to be redirected to overflow parking in lots, particularly if arriving on Friday afternoon or Saturday morning.
Although we cannot predict what space may be available when you arrive for Reunions, parking professionals will be onsite to direct arriving vehicles to campus lots:
Alternatives to campus traffic and at-capacity lots include parking at the Princeton Junction train station in West Windsor and taking the Dinky to campus. Parking is available for $7 daily (including the option to park for multiple days overnight) with the Dinky running all day and well after midnight on Friday and Saturday. Roundtrip fare is $6. You can find more information about West Windsor Parking here, and look for the Dinky schedule here to plan your trip. Additional, but limited, parking in town includes:
ACCESSIBLE TRANSPORTATION & PARKING
The University is committed to safe and easy transport options for all individuals. Fully ADA-accessible TigerTransit buses as well as Rovers – student-driven golf carts – will provide frequent transportation around campus (view map). Should you need further curbside assistance, please contact the TigerAccess hotline at 609-258-9401 to arrange van service during Reunions. This is a limited, first-come, first-serve accommodation, and advanced reservations are highly recommended. For further details, please visit Transportation and Parking Services’ accessible transit services webpage.
There will be ADA parking available in the north end of Lot 20, with access to frequent golf cart transportation to Forbes College and other Reunions sites.
CAMPUS ACCESS
There is no access to Elm Drive for any personal vehicles during Reunions.
HOTEL SHUTTLES
University shuttles will service over 20 hotels in the area. The following hotel charters will operate on constant loops, departing every 30-60 minutes, depending on the route. Attendees will have access to track buses in real-time using a mobile app. Hotels will be serviced by different numbers of buses based on anticipated demand at each hotel. Shuttle service to these hotels will run from 12 p.m.-3 a.m. Thursday, 8 a.m.-3:00 a.m. Friday, and 8 a.m.-3:00 a.m. Saturday. The last departure from campus will be 3:00 a.m. nightly. Make sure that you are at the transit plaza no later than 2:45 a.m. for the final shuttle departure to your hotel.
Hotels with continuous shuttle service:
The following hotels will feature more limited, scheduled shuttle service for Reunions. We understand that shuttle timing might not match day-to-day timing and Reunions attendance plans. To aid guests commuting between these hotels and campus during periods between shuttles, the University will offer a complimentary Lyft credit program. Please visit the front desk at each of these hotels to receive a Lyft credit promotional card for use between 10:00 a.m. Thursday and 12:00 p.m. Sunday.
Hotels with more limited, scheduled shuttle service:
Given the proximity to campus, shuttle service will not make stops at Westminster Choir College. As needed, guests should use the complimentary Lyft credit program; cards will be available with your Westminster key.
When arriving on a hotel shuttle, guests will be dropped off at the Princeton Station Transit plaza (WaWa) adjacent to the north end of West Garage. When departing campus, attendees will board the hotel shuttles from the same location.
CAMPUS SHUTTLES
On campus, a circulator shuttle will provide connections from the Stadium Drive Garage to the transit plaza, Forbes College and the Old Guard, and most Reunions sites via the periphery of campus throughout the event.
REUNIONS ROVER
Rovers — student-driven golf carts that serve as a mini transit connection on the core of campus — will operate throughout Reunions, Thursday through Saturday night. Rovers will provide frequent service to the Theater Drive Garage and lot P20, the transit plaza, hotel shuttles, Forbes, and Reunions headquarters sites along Elm Drive and Chapel Drive. Rover carts will be clearly marked. Please feel free to wave down a Rover driver if you need a ride.
See below for a map of TigerTransit campus shuttles & Rover routes.
TAXIS & RIDE-HAILING SERVICES
To prevent congestion on Elm Drive and other campus roads, all taxis and ride-hailing providers (Uber, Lyft, taxis, etc.) are restricted from entering main campus.
Anyone wishing to use a ride-hailing provider may be picked up or dropped off on Alexander Road immediately adjacent to Princeton Station or along the campus perimeter.
