Princeton Innovation Conference: GOING BOLDLY: Investing in the Future: Closing Fireside Chat

May 23 @ 2:15 pm - 3:00 pm

Princeton Innovation Conference

5/23/25, 2:15 PM – 3:00 PM
Friend Center

Our conference’s Closing Fireside Chat will feature a deep-dive conversation that illuminates founder-funder partnerships. Through a discussion that reflects on best practices and lessons learned in building the future, this fireside chat will explore the founder’s and the investor’s perspective on what the fundraising process is like, the barriers and bottlenecks along the way, and how both the founder and funder build bridges to “get to yes” — with the ultimate goal of benefiting society through spinning out their technology, gaining traction and customers, and taking scaling from an idea to innovation to impact.

Moderator: Fernanda Sesto, investment analyst, Unshackled Ventures. Panelists: Yidian Liu *21, co-founder & COO, PolyGone; Nathaniel Banks *21, co-founder and CEO, PolyGone.
