Michael O’Hanlon ’82 *91 will discuss his new book, “To Dare Mighty Things: U.S. Defense Strategy Since the Revolution,” published to coincide with the nation’s 250th birthday. His work offers a sweeping analysis of America’s strategic trajectory, from the founding era to the modern day.
