Princeton University Concerts Reception and Installation Celebrating the Healing with Music Series

Lewis Arts Complex, Forum Princeton University, Princeton, NJ, United States

Dasha Koltunyuk ’15 will speak about PUC's Healing with Music series — a series she conceived in 2022 and curates—and will speak about other alumni involvement in the series, including writer Suleika Jaouad ’10 and embroidery artist Diana Weymar ’91.This reception will also mark the opening of an art installation by Diana Weymar '91, on display in the Forum at the Lewis Center for the Arts through Reunions weekend. The exhibit includes work by local community members, created as part the community art project “Interwoven Stories of Healing with Music," a collaboration between Weymar and PUC. The exhibit will also include works related to Princetoniana that Weymar created in collaboration with Jaouad, John McPhee '53, and Professor Joyce Carol Oates. Refreshments will be served.

In a thrilling adventure which blurs the line between reality and fantasy, Pippin journeys between the battlefield, the countryside and the circus as he searches for his “corner of the sky.”
